The Franchise Shop works on a commission split. The specifics depend on the role and how engagements are sourced, and they are explained in the first conversation.
Do I need a license to join?
To act as a broker you need the license required for business brokerage in the state where you work, or a clear path to getting it. Requirements vary by state and are confirmed early.
Do I need franchise experience?
Franchise experience is a strong advantage, as an owner, on a franchisor team or as a broker. Experienced business brokers who want to specialize in franchise resales are also welcome to apply.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. Owners are served by phone and video, so team members can work from anywhere, with the right licensing for brokerage.
